Holly is a Nashville native, a former Waldorf teacher, a longtime hospitality professional, and a real estate advisor—and every chapter of her career has prepared her for the work I do today.
Holly spent 20 years in education, where she learned that no two people learn, communicate, or solve problems in quite the same way. Working within the Waldorf tradition taught her to see the whole person, listen deeply, think creatively, and meet people where they are. Her years in restaurants taught her something equally valuable: how to anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and make people feel genuinely cared for.
Then, in 2020, during the middle of a pandemic, Holly got her real estate license. She had no idea quite what a ride she was signing up for.
Since then, Holly has navigated a market that has changed dramatically—through multiple cycles, shifting interest rates, changing inventory, evolving technology, and a new generation of buyers and sellers who have more information at their fingertips than ever before.
And she loves it.
Because while the real estate landscape keeps changing, one thing never does: people need someone who can listen, advocate, problem-solve, hold space, and help them navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
That’s the part of real estate Holly loves most.
She’s not here to simply open doors or write contracts. She’s here to facilitate. To anticipate what’s coming. To help untangle the complicated parts. To make sure the details are handled, the questions get answered, and the people she represents feel supported every step of the way.
And being a Nashville native makes this work especially meaningful to her. Holly has watched this city grow and evolve her entire life. She knows its neighborhoods, its history, its energy, and the many reasons people fall in love with calling Nashville home. She genuinely loves this city and feels incredibly fortunate to help people find their place in it.
Holly believes real estate is about so much more than property. A home can represent a new beginning, a family changing, a dream finally becoming possible, an investment in the future, or the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another.
That’s why we chose the name Alchemy RE.
Because every day, we have the opportunity to alchemize lives through real estate—to take a transition, a challenge, or a dream and help transform it into something meaningful.
Holly loves this work. She loves the people. She loves that every transaction is different and that there is always something new to solve, learn, and navigate.
It keeps her on her toes—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
