Emily believes finding a home is about more than a transaction – it’s about finding a place where life can unfold and a community where you truly feel at home. With a relationship-first approach, Emily is committed to listening closely, and advocating for her clients while guiding them through every twist and turn of the journey. Her goal is to make the process feel seamless, grounded, and maybe even a little bit magical.
Emily was born and raised in Tampa Bay, Florida, and after high school she moved to Colorado to earn a B.A. in Theater with a focus in Acting and Directing, from Colorado Mesa University. Her education helped her develop a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and the ability to understand and connect with people from all walks of life.
After graduating from CMU, Emily moved to New York City, where she performed and taught at The People’s Improv Theater. Emily’s improv experience has given her the ability to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and problem-solve creatively.
While in New York City she also worked in hospitality and luxury retail, further strengthening her ability to anticipate clients’ needs, provide exceptional service, and create meaningful experiences. She also served as an Admissions Director for Arrojo Cosmetology School, where she guided prospective students through important decisions, helped them navigate funding and financial aid opportunities, and developed lasting professional relationships – skills that translate naturally to helping clients navigate the real estate process.
Since moving to Nashville, Emily has continued to pursue her passion for creativity as a local mixed-media artist while embracing her role as a devoted mother.
As a Nashville transplant herself, Emily understands firsthand the excitement, challenges, and many decisions that come with starting a new chapter in a new city. She is especially passionate about helping others relocate to Nashville and loves introducing newcomers to the neighborhoods, character, and sense of community that make Music City such a special place to call home. Her own relocation experience gives her a personal perspective and genuine empathy for clients navigating the move.
Today, Emily brings her artistic eye, attention to detail, and client-first approach to real estate. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers feel informed, confident, and cared for as they make one of life’s most meaningful transitions – and is excited to help her clients not only find a home, but find their place in Nashville.
